How to reserve your "pick-up and go" water rental:

Kayaks/SUP Boards: 

Full day kayak and paddle boards can be picked up at several public access points  at 11:00 am or by appointment for convenient loading/parking.  Torch Lake Tiki does not provide parking. Sunday deliveries are at 12:00pm. 

Pontoon Pick Up: 

We will contact you the morning of your rental to go over delivery. 

*The Division Street access has one public parking spot available. Lake St public access offers several parking spots.  Public parking is also available across from the public boat launch at the Torch River Bridge and several access points nearby.*

Drop off your Torch Lake Tiki watercraft at your designated delivery location at the end of the day. Early drop offs can be done at the Torch Lake Tiki Food Boat. Late charges and fees ($25.00 for every 15 minutes) will incur for watercraft/gear not promptly returned. 

Torch Lake Tiki reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather or safety issue. Your safety is our number one concern. Cancellations issued by Torch Lake Tiki due to inclement weather will be 100% refunded. Overcast and light rain days will not be cancelled. 

Cancellations received before 48 hours of your reservation will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations after 48 hours are subject to full payment, no exceptions.
